How much wine comes in a shipment?

Club shipments include one full case (12 bottles) of  red, white, or mixed wine varietals.

How much does each shipment cost?

Each shipment costs $299 not including applicable taxes or fees.

Is shipping included?

Yes, all club shipments and additional orders of 6 or more bottles include free shipping. 

When is my credit card charged?

Quarterly memberships are billed at the time of shipment processing. You will receive an email receipt as soon as your payment  processes. Annual memberships are billed immediately at the time of purchase. 

When do I get my shipment? 

Wine club shipments are sent out every three months (March,June,September, December) on the 1st of each month. If you sign up for the club after the shipment date, please contact us at wineclub@julianwines.com and let us know you just signed up and you’d like that quater’s club shipment sent. We’d be happy to process that for you. The following club quarter's shipment will sent automatically. 

How will I know when my order ships?

We will email you 1-2 weeks prior to your club order shipping out to remind you that we’ll be processing your club shipment (in case you need to make any changes to the delivery address etc- please remember someone 21+ needs to sign for the package). You’ll be notified as soon as your club order ships and will receive an email with tracking information.

Can I change my membership?

You can adjust your membership preferences at anytime, just email us at wineclub@julianwines.com.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

  •  To cancel or put your membership on hold email wineclub@julianwines.com
  • Must have received a minimum of one club shipment. 
  •   Cancellations for quarterly memberships must be processed 3 - 5 business days prior to the club shipment to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
  • Annual memberships are pre-paid and cannot be cancelled. These memberships expire after 12 months from the date of purchase or once four club shipments have been delivered. 

How do I update my club information?

If you’re already a member and want to update your club info just go to www.vinoshipper.com and sign in in the upper right hand corner. Use the same login info you used when you joined the club. You can change payment info, shipping address etc. If you need help email us at wineclub@julianwines.com
